b. It is the user's obligation to make payments in a timely manner to keep their services active.

No Refunds or Domain Changes:

a. Refunds of payments made are not accepted.
b. In the case of the acquisition of a website with a personalized domain, the change of the selected domain name once purchased is not permitted.
